In this segment I will be discussing how keeping marijuana illegal is a thriving business for the black market. Since marijuana has been illegal in the United States and more places in the world it has been the backbone to organized crime and the black market. I will be also unveiling how much money is put into the war on drugs and if it is really worth all the money.

Marijuana is the most used substance in the United States, with over 102 million Americans have used it in their lifetime. (41% of the US population) In the past year, 26 million Americans (10% of the US population) have used marijuana and 15 million Americans (6% of the US population) admit to using marijuana everyday.
